Returns and Exchanges

Trueextraordinar wants you to be satisfied with your textile decor purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss return or exchange options.

Return Eligibility

Textile products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Custom-made items, including custom curtains and specifically ordered textile pieces, may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

Installation Services

For curtain hanging installation services, if you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective textile product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
